Cancellation Policy

Authenticraft Booking Policy We want every creative to feel confident and supported when booking a Share-Scene Filming Session with Authenticraft. To keep the process smooth and fair, please take a moment to read our policy. 1. Booking & Payment • Sessions must be booked in advance via our online calendar. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. • Optional add-ons, such as the Scriptcraft Workshop, should be selected at the time of booking. 2. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of your session will be eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before your session can be rescheduled once, subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable. • If you fail to attend your session without notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered. 3. Rescheduling • You may request one reschedule (with at least 48 hours’ notice) at no extra charge. • Further changes may incur an admin fee of £25. 4. Late Arrival / No Show • Please arrive on time. Sessions cannot be extended if you arrive late, and missed time may affect the outcome of your filming. • A 'No Show' Fee of £25 may be incurred if cancelling less the 48 hours with no communication 5. Scriptcraft Workshop (if booked) • Scriptcraft sessions must be scheduled and completed before your filming date. • If you do not attend your scheduled Scriptcraft session, we cannot guarantee script support for your filming slot. 6. Filming & Editing • Authenticraft will provide a professionally filmed and edited piece based on the agreed format (monologue, duologue, or shared scene). • One round of minor edit adjustments (e.g., trimming or simple cut requests) is included. Additional editing may be subject to extra fees. 7. Usage Rights • You are free to use your final filmed piece for personal, professional, and promotional purposes. • Authenticraft reserves the right to use clips for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of booking. 8. Health & Safety • Please let us know in advance if you have any access needs or health considerations so we can accommodate you appropriately. 9. Professional Conduct • We foster an inclusive, respectful environment. Discriminatory or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation without refund. By booking with Authenticraft, you agree to these terms.
